The Sugo alla Norma is a typical recipe from south-eastern Sicily. The recipe includes a few simple ingredients, which must necessarily be of excellent quality. For this recipe, we have obtained the best results, selecting the raw material among the excellences of our territory. The sauce has an intense red color, with aromatic notes of tomato sauce and basil. The velvety consistency is alternated with fried eggplant scraps. The flavor is sweet and slightly spicy.
