
Orange Honey, produced in the Ragusa and Agrigento areas in April, is characterized by its flavor of medium aromatic intensity, reminiscent of jasmine, for its smell of medium-low intensity, reminiscent of orange flowers and is almost colorless when it is liquid, straw yellow, pearly white when it crystallizes.
