The Marsala Superiore 10 Year Reserve of the Cantina Marco de Bartoli was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Samperi, in the heart of Western Sicily.
It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, harvested only by hand, fermentation takes place in oak barriques at a controlled temperature. Subsequently a part of the must is enriched with brandy for the preparation of the mistella which will be added to the wine. The wine ages in barrique for over 10 years.
The golden yellow color, with amber reflections. The nose opens with intense hints of nuts and dried fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of citrus and toasted almonds. On the palate it is enveloping, warm and pleasantly full-bodied.Further information:
