Sicilian IGP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil extracted at low temperatures according to a method called "cold" and bottled unfiltered. It is characterized by its color with jade green reflections and an intensely fruity flavor with the scent of freshly pressed olives.
It has high organoleptic properties with low acidity (0,3%), high concentration of polyphenols, oleocanthal, Vitamin E and natural antioxidants and is free of saturated fats.

Production: Oil produced from olive trees grown organically in the Municipalities of Caronia, Santo Stefano di Camastra and Reitano, in the Province of Messina, in the territory of the Nebrodi Park.
Cultivate: Santagatese, Ogliarola Messinese, Biancolilla and Verdello.
