Sicilian durum wheat semolina pasta, bronze drawn with long drying at low temperature. The semolina we use is obtained from the set of three varieties of wheat (Duilio, Iride and Simeto) grown exclusively on the Sicilian territory.

This format is all an invention! It is a format of just under half a celery and is the first pasta format designed for the little ones, but they are also very good for adults, ideal for winter soups and seasonal minestrone. (read on our blog "A good story, like pasta" )

Storage: 24 months from the production date, with expiry date indicated on the label
Cooking times: 10/11 minutes, in boiling water, already salted if necessary
